CO₂ Environmentally friendly refrigeration system
Envirochill Refrigeration Ltd has recently designed and installed the refrigeration system for the Bowden Road Tokyo Foods project. It required in depth planning in the design phase and rigorous installation methodology for a successful outcome. What sets this project apart is the utilization of CO₂ refrigeration systems which offer significant environmental benefits compared to traditional refrigerants.
CO₂ refrigeration systems provide cutting edge performance for commercial and industrial applications. Designed to operate under high pressures, they offer excellent heat transfer efficiency and reliable cooling. CO₂ technology ensures compliance with environmental regulations while delivering consistent, cost-effective results.
Future-proof your operations with CO₂ refrigeration. This natural refrigerant is safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly, making it the preferred choice worldwide. By choosing CO₂ you’re investing in sustainable technology that reduces energy costs, meets regulatory standards, and supports a greener future.

Envirochill Hydrocooler
Recently we designed and manufactured a hydrocooler for one of our customers.
Envirochill Hydrocoolers are designed and manufactured in house, they can be supplied as a drive in pallet type or conveyor driven. Sizes range from 25 through to 200 kilowatts, and can be drop in type units on a steel frame or with a separate refrigeration plant situated outside.
Principle of the operation is water is stored in a basin and then pumped vertically up to the spray tower, where the water sprays over the cooling coil, cooling the water to 2 degrees. The water then falls around the product, removing the field heat and keeping the product fresh and clean.
Envirochill will supply a turn key operation including all services to the hydrocooler.
